Tango and Friends, springs from the inspired guess of the artistic director Michele Libraro (Mottola Guitar Festival) to join the Binelli-Isaac Duo’s (bandoneón and guitar) technical-timbrical and musical potential, and the Albert-Tavolaro Duo’s (singing and guitar) in a new and innovative project in which the ability of every single performer is always brought out.

Tango and Friends première took place in 2005 and played the important role of closing the 14th Mottola Guitar Festival (Italy).

Since then, a series of concerts in Italy and abroad proved the increasing interest of the audience in Buenos Aires music.

 
The first compact disc of Tango and Friends, entitled “…de aquí y de allá”, suggests Argentinian and European melodies, with the engaging tango atmosphere.

The refinement and the virtuosity of the arrangements, together with the versatility and the mastery of the interpreters, give a new energy to the Buenos Aires music.

Tango and Friends, in its Live version, is a strong and moving performance. The fascinating magic vocal-instrumental way is mixed with the choreographies of a pair of tango dancers… where elements like passion, seduction and sensuality change with music, giving to each single member of the audience unique emotions.
