The artistic fellowship between Antonella Ruggiero, unanimously recognized among the more important and versatile female voices of the last 30 years, and the GuitArt Quartet, leading formation in the world guitaristical panorama, was born thanks to the clear creative boost, and its innovation: the new reading of the great South American musical tradition of the ’900, arranged and performed from a formation (voice and guitars quartet) that gives back at this kind of repertory an evocative and emotional strength of great impact.

This trip through the Latin American music shows the big authors who made famous the South American “cultured” song: the very famous bandoneonist and composer Astor Piazzolla, the biggest tango singer of the ’900 Carlos Gardel and, going on, Juan Luis Guerra, Consuelo Velasquez, Luis Miguel, Cesaria Evora, ecc.

The project looks like an absolute novelty in the national and international musical panorama.
